Program Director (Brooklyn, NY)

HASC, a forerunner in the field of special education, is seeking a trusted, experienced Program Director to lead and grow our programs with passion, professionalism, and purpose. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives on building strong relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic growth and development of new and existing programs with energy and vision, like Respite, CommHab, Family Support Services, EI, UPK, ABA and more
• Oversee day-to-day program operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance
• Serve as a compassionate and responsive point of contact for parents, providing guidance, reassurance, and support
• Maintain strong working relationships with government agencies
• Ensure compliance with government regulations

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Program Director or senior program leadership role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Process-oriented with strong organizational and operational skills
• Knowledge of Respite, CommHab, Family Support Services, EI, ABA, SETSS and similar programs
• Experience with Carter students a plus

Employment Details

• Salary Range: $160,000 – $190,000
