Position Overview

Torah Academy of Bergen County (TABC) is entering an exciting period of growth and expansion and is seeking talented, mission-driven educators to join its faculty for the 2026-2027 academic year. TABC seeks a dynamic teacher for a cohort of 4-5 boys for an inclusion program. The position includes daily push-in to General and Judaic Studies classes, as well as additional pull-out periods each day for instructional support.

Qualifications

• Flexibility in pedagogical approaches in order to differentiate materials and be able to implement best practices in teaching
• Excellent interpersonal skills in order to communicate and collaborate with students, classroom teachers, and parents
• Ability to set benchmark goals and monitor progress, updating as necessary, in conjunction with parents and the Director of Student Services
• 3-5 years of experience with students with learning challenges is required
• Degree in special education or related field preferred
