Job Overview

Looking for a responsible and organized individual to assist in overseeing a group home for individuals with special needs. This is a daytime position working alongside management to help ensure the home runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with staff supervision and shift coverage
• Overseeing daily routines and ensuring quality resident care
• Supporting a safe, structured, and well-managed environment
• Monitoring staff performance and addressing day-to-day issues
• Communicating with staff, supervisors, and families as needed
• Ensuring policies and procedures are followed consistently
• Handling documentation, incident reports, and daily logs
• Assisting with scheduling and general coordination of the home
• Supporting residents’ needs, independence, and overall well-being
