Job Description: The Women's Day Hab Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the women's day habilitation program. This includes managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff and ensure quality service delivery
- Develop and implement program activities
- Maintain documentation and compliance with state regulations
- Provide training and support to staff
- Coordinate with families and external agencies
Requirements:
- Experience in a management role within a similar setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices
Qualifications:
- Degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities
