Lead and elevate company-wide training across a multifamily property management portfolio. Design and deliver role-specific programs for leasing, maintenance, operations, and compliance. Own onboarding, training calendars, content development, and effectiveness tracking.

Requirements

• 3+ years property management experience
• Prior training experience
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and industry compliance preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
