Founding Software Engineer – appFM.io

Compensation: 5000/month initially, with significant growth potential as the business scales.

About appFM: appFM.io is building the largest repository of cloud-based financial modeling tools for the real estate investment ecosystem.

The Role: We are looking for a highly capable software engineer who wants to build, move fast, and take ownership. You will work directly with the founder and have substantial influence over:

• Technology stack selection
• System architecture
• Development workflows
• Product implementation
• Engineering roadmap

The financial logic and underwriting expertise are already defined. Your role is to help transform that vision into exceptional software.

• Strong full-stack engineering skills
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to maximize development speed
• Ability to work independently and make technical decisions
