A Monsey, NY software company is hiring a customer support manager. Job includes conducting Zoom calls and phone calls with the company's clients to hear their feedback and input to help make the app more user-friendly. Candidate has to then give over instructions to the overseas team to refine the software’s design and functionality and make it more efficient. Job includes project management. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and act with professionalism. Looking for someone who is tech savvy and has a computer programming background or someone who has experience in operations or care coordination of an HCBS agency. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.

Mon-Thurs, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-12 pm
