Carbon Wealth Advisors is a boutique, referral-only multi-family office serving high-net-worth families. We combine white-glove service with institutional infrastructure — and we’re growing.
Role: Full-time Operations Manager to lead day-to-day client service, onboarding, reporting, and systems management.
Work directly with the founding partners to help shape the firm’s service culture.
What we’re looking for:
2–5 yrs experience in RIA / wealth management ops
Detail-oriented, organized, great communicator
Familiar with investment accounts + planning processes
Comp: $60K–$75K + bonus | Benefits + PTO | Full-time M–F
