A Passaic, NJ company is hiring a customer portal manager. Looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills to manage and respond to all the customer's inquires via the portal. Candidate must have at least 2 years of excellent customer service experience and be very computer savvy. Option to work from home 1-2 days/week. Looking for someone who has the ability to take ownership. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-3:30 pm, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm and Fri, 9 am-1 pm
