Job Description

A bakery in Williamsburg is seeking an experienced Baker with strong management skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on baking experience as well as prior experience overseeing kitchen operations, staff, and production schedules. Responsibilities include managing daily baking production, maintaining quality and consistency, overseeing incoming orders and outgoing order fulfillment, and ensuring smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment.

This is a food industry position and requires flexibility, including working some hours on Erev Yom Tov and Chol Hamoed Sukkos as needed.

Strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for high-quality baked goods are essential.

Hrs: 7:30-3:30 Sunday-Thursday 7:30-1:30 Friday
