A Lakewood, NJ healthcare company is hiring a client success manager. Job includes managing and maintaining relationships with the company's health plan and insurance company clients. The candidate will be the primary point of contact for senior-level stakeholders, ensuring clients receive timely updates on outstanding requests, member-related issues, and ongoing initiatives. Candidate must be comfortable navigating complex client situations and have strong executive presence and relationship building skills. Looking for someone very polished, with excellent communication skills and with some healthcare background experience. Job involves travel to NY approximately once/week. Looking for a full time candidate only. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.

Mon-Thurs, 9 am-5 pm (must work until 5 pm), and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
