We’re seeking an experienced and people-driven Production Assembly Manager to lead all day shift operations across a high-volume assembly department. You’ll oversee approximately 75 employees and ensure every product component is assembled with efficiency, safety, and precision.
This role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to motivate and develop teams in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will bring both hands-on production management expertise and high emotional intelligence to build trust, drive performance, and maintain seamless day-to-day operations.
