Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Development & Donor Relations Associate to help grow and strengthen our nonprofit’s donor base. This is a remote position for someone who is proactive, strategic, and comfortable independently identifying and cultivating donor relationships.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in nonprofit fundraising, donor outreach, and relationship development, particularly with major or prime donors.

Role Details:

1. Hours: Variable (approximately 10 hours/week)
2. Location: Fully Remote
3. Schedule: Flexible (some hours partially synced to EST time zone)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and research prospective donors and funding opportunities
• Develop and manage donor outreach strategies
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, and networking
• Schedule and coordinate donor meetings
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective donors
• Help create donor pipelines and cultivation systems
• Collaborate on fundraising initiatives and campaigns
• Track outreach and donor engagement activity

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in nonprofit development or fundraising
• Demonstrated success securing or cultivating donor relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and highly organized
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Experience with CRM systems and donor management preferred
• Well-versed in frum language and rhythm
