NEVUT is hiring a nonprofit based in Monsey, NY, supporting IDF Lone Soldier Veterans. The Director of Development will deepen donor relationships and close major gifts. This position is ideal for polished relationship-builders in the Tri-State area.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance donor engagement
- Manage and cultivate relationships with major donors
- Close major gifts and secure funding for initiatives
- Collaborate with the team to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fundraising and donor relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for the mission of supporting veterans
