A company based in Lakewood, NJ is looking to hire a highly capable development manager to manage multiple development projects. Candidate will be responsible for day-to-day technical leadership, engineering productivity, and strategic planning across multiple projects. Candidate must have hands-on experience in Python, React.js, and AWS. Looking for someone with at least 5 years experience in software development management, SaaS platforms, and modern cloud-based architecture. Candidate must also have at least 3 years of hands-on team leadership experience, with a track record managing enterprise software projects and sub-teams. Option for a hybrid setup. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
