25 hrs/week bookkeeper/
office coordinator. The position is
responsible for managing, processing
and reporting of billing, accounts
receivable+collections, accounts
payable, payroll and timekeeping,
bank account management, and
customer information maintenance.
The position also works closely
with vendors, customers, and other
staff. Applicants must be proficient
users of Excel, MS Word, and other
