Want to lead a team and get paid guaranteed? I’m hiring someone to organize an in-person group of callers for a fundraising drive. You bring the people together in one location, keep them motivated, and run the session.

What you get:

• $200 guaranteed just for organizing and running a 3-hour session. Use it for food, paying your callers, paying yourself — however you want. You get it even if $0 is raised.
• Bonuses for results:
• $1,000 raised = you get $400 total
• $1,500 raised = you get $500 total
• $2,000 raised = you get $650 total
• $2,500 raised = you get $800 total
• Keeps scaling up from there

• Put together a group of callers and host them in one place
• Provide food/snacks for the team
• Teach them how to call + encourage them during the 3 hours
• Track results

• Organized, good with people, can host a small group for 3 hours
• Experience with fundraising or sales is a plus but not required if you can motivate
