We are a Yeshiva Management Company that provides comprehensive services to support the day-to-day functions of yeshivas, day schools and kollelim across the country.
We are expanding and looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Database Rep to join our growing Fundraising Support team. This role is integral to the success of fundraising campaigns and ongoing donor management. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, excels at communication, and brings a high level of professionalism and initiative to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand, maintain, and optimize the donor databases (e.g., eTapestry, DonorPerfect, Bloomerang, or similar).
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timely updates.
- Create, customize, and pull reports to support fundraising efforts and inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of fundraising campaigns—from planning through execution to post-campaign analysis.
- Advise, guide, and support the data entry team member to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Serve as a liaison between the Development team and school leadership to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with school leadership and team members.
- Ensure all communications are timely, clear, and aligned with the organization’s mission and values.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a development, fundraising, or data management role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, formulas, data analysis).
- Experience with donor databases (preferred: DonorPerfect, eTapestry, Admire, Bloomerang, or similar).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated professionalism and strong interpersonal (soft) skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Initiative-taker who can anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
Remote Hours: 25-30 set hours per week, with opportunity for growth. $25-$35/hour commensurate on experience. Must be available full American hours.
