A Lakewood, NJ company is hiring an AI integrations and automations lead. Job involves leading and mentoring two AI automation & integration specialists. Looking for someone with 4+ years of Python backend and automation experience, strong, hands-on AWS experience (Lambda, ECS, S3, IAM required), real production experience building AI/LLM automations (OpenAI or Gemini; LangChain strongly preferred), proven ownership of end-to-end API integrations, 2+ years in a senior or technical lead role, and shipped, production-grade AI automation systems (not experiments). Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-5 pm (must work until 5 pm), and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
