Candidate also needs experience with advanced networking such as Cisco switches or VLANs. Job includes handling IT escalation tickets and project management. Looking for someone with at least 2 years of IT technician experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-3 pm, 9 am-4 pm, or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-12 pm
