A Lakewood, NJ IT company is hiring a senior IT technician. Looking for someone with at least 2 years of IT technician experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment. Candidate must have experience working with a third-party provider in larger business environments. Looking for someone with experience working with multi-user setups, servers, and active directories. Candidate also needs experience with advanced networking such as Cisco switches or VLANs. Job includes handling IT escalation tickets and project management. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-3 pm, 9 am-4 pm, or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-12 pm
