Quality Assurance Administrator (Part-Time, On-Site)
Pomona, NY
Were hiring a detail-oriented QA Administrator to review and score customer service calls daily using a predefined rubric. You’ll report findings to our team and clients, helping improve service quality and training materials. This is a part-time, on-site role (3–4 hours/day, ideally mornings, Monday–Friday).
Requirements: Strong attention to detail, excellent listening and communication skills, ability to work independently, and maintain confidentiality. QA or customer service experience a plus
