(Healthcare RCM Startup – Remote + Commission/Residuals)
Out-of-network healthcare providers are getting shortchanged. Insurers delay, underpay, and use tactics to avoid fair reimbursement. At RVNU EMS, we fix that with specialized techniques that help providers recover the money they’re rightfully owed.
We’ve proven our model with existing provider groups and are expanding into new markets. Now we’re looking for a Business Development Partner to grow with us.
What’s in it for you?
$20–$35/hr DOE + commissions + residuals (build a book once, keep earning as it grows)
Remote + flexible (12–25 hrs/week, East Coast hours)

Clear pathway to a full-time role if you’re producing
What you’ll do:
• Prospect through email, LinkedIn, calls, texts (AI-powered tools provided)
• Run Zoom and in-person meetings with prospects
• Build relationships with connectors + industry partners
• Represent RVNU EMS at events and conferences
• Collaborate closely with the founder and team
We’re looking for:
• Excellent communicator (non-negotiable)
• Sales experience (preferred), healthcare familiarity (a plus)
• Tech-savvy, proactive, persistent, personable
• High integrity
