Job Overview

Accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the planning and implementation of project
  • Identify project stakeholders
  • Determine the stakeholders needs and expectations
  • Prioritize demands
  • Establish a clear set of project goals and sequence activities to meet delivery dates
  • Produce a detailed project schedule – define quality expectations and targets
  • Define the project resource requirements – determine a budget and make a financial plan. Identify external supplies required and develop a procurement plan
  • assemble and coordinate project staff
  • track project deliverables using appropriate tools – identify techniques for quality control and develop a quality plan
  • map risks, identify contingency actions and develop a risk plan
  • clarify completion criteria for each deliverable and develop an acceptance plan
  • develop a communication strategy with the stakeholders and establish a communication
  • Communicates project expectations
  • Planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing project contributions
  • Planning and reviewing actions, enforcing policies and procedures
  • Suggest and implement modifications to project scope, deliverables, timelines and resources
  • Achieves project objectives
  • Contributes information and recommendations to project plans and reviews
  • Preparing and reviewing project action plans
  • Implementing production, productivity, quality and customer service standards
  • Manage timeline and costs
  • Provide direction and support to project team

  • Ensure completion criteria have been met
  • Obtain stakeholder approval for final deliverables
  • Present the final project report and handover project documentation

  • Conduct project review and evaluate performance against defined project goals
  • Quality Assurance
  • Constantly monitor and report on the progress to all stakeholders
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • Project evaluations and assessments of results
  • Provide accurate reports and metrics to company management on the status and budget of on-going projects and agreements - weekly and monthly meetings

Credentials and Experience:

Qualification in project management or equivalent (can be certified in PMI). Employee should have the knowledge both in theoretical and practical aspects of project management with direct work experience in such. Employee should have good critical thinking skills as well organization, communication, delegation, ability to work well in a team, stress tolerance, adaptability, negotiator. Candidate should also be goal oriented with a long-term vision plan.
