Job Description
We are seeking a systems-oriented, execution-focused professional in the Lakewood/Tom River's area to own and optimize our internal operational platforms within a growing ABA organization. This role is responsible for translating business processes into structured, scalable systems. The ideal candidate thinks in workflows, automation, dashboards, and operational clarity- and ensures projects move from idea to implementation with precision. This is a systems ownership role, not a helpdesk position.
Core Responsibilities
- Own and optimize internal systems across intake, authorizations, staffing, HR, billing, and service coordination
- Build and refine workflows, dashboards, automations, and integrations in Monday.com
- Lead system implementation projects from planning through execution
- Identify inefficiencies and redesign processes using automation and digital tools
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide structured support when needed
- Work across CRM, ATS, HR, and operational platforms to maintain alignment
- Coordinate with developers or vendors for integrations and enhancements
- Maintain documentation, data integrity, and workflow clarity
- Train team members on system usage and best practices
Requirements
- Advanced experience in Monday.com (workflows, automations, dashboards, integrations)
- Strong systems thinking and operational mindset
- Experience with CRM, ATS, and HR platforms
- Comfortable building and managing low-code automations
- Highly organized, proactive, and accountable
Preferred
- Technical integration or developer experience
- Experience in ABA or healthcare operations
