About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional to join our team as an HR Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator. This is a vital role supporting both our HR department and the smooth daily operations of the office. You will be the welcoming face at the front desk, while also providing direct administrative support to the HR Manager.


Schedule & Work Environment:

This is a full-time, in-person position. Hours are:

  • Monday through Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. in the winter, and 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. in the summer.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and inquiries.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR Manager.
  • Assist with maintaining HR files
  • Handle front desk responsibilities, including greeting guests, mail, and managing office supplies.
  • Support day-to-day office operations to ensure a professional and organized environment.

  • 1–2 years of office or administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A professional, welcoming demeanor with excellent communication skills.
  • Someone who truly enjoys the role of being an assistant and receptionist, and takes pride in supporting leadership and creating a positive first impression for the organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
