Job Description

We deliver at-home ABA therapy to children across multiple states. We’re growing fast and need a hands-on recruiting leader to scale RBT hiring in key states and BCBA hiring company-wide.

The Role

Own the full recruiting function—from strategy to execution—for high-volume RBT pipelines and BCBA mid-senior searches. Build repeatable systems, coach coordinators/agency partners, and deliver consistent hiring velocity with quality and compliance.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and run RBT funnels in multiple states (sourcing → screening → offer → onboarding handoff).
  • Lead nationwide BCBA searches (proactive sourcing, outreach campaigns, structured interviews).
  • Stand up weekly metrics & dashboards (time-to-hire, offer-accept, funnel conversion, cohort throughput).
  • Partner with Ops/Clinical leaders on headcount plans, territory launches, and class-based hiring.
  • Standardize job ads, screening rubrics, and offer bands; ensure licensure/background/compliance steps.
  • Optimize tools & workflows (ATS, job boards, programmatic ads, referrals, campuses, social).
  • Manage agency relationships sparingly; drive referral and direct-sourcing first.
  • Improve candidate experience and reach while maintaining speed.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in talent acquisition; healthcare or multi-state high-volume experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven results hiring licensed/credentialed clinicians (BCBAs) and hourly field roles (RBTs or similar).
  • Data-driven operator: builds funnels, forecasts weekly, and manages to KPIs.
  • Strong sourcing chops (LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean, groups, events, referrals).
  • Process builder with crisp documentation and cross-functional communication.
