Location: Fully Remote (Must be located in the United States)

Hours: 26 hours per week- Possibility for role to change to fulltime

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support the onboarding of direct service staff within a healthcare staffing organization. This role focuses on guiding new hires through the onboarding process and ensuring all required compliance documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support new hires through the full onboarding process
  • Coordinate and track background checks, fingerprinting, and SCR clearances
  • Ensure completion of required healthcare compliance documentation
  • Maintain accurate onboarding and employee records
  • Communicate with candidates and staff regarding onboarding requirements and timelines
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure staff are cleared to begin services

Requirements:

  • Prior HR or onboarding experience required
  • Experience working with direct service staff or healthcare providers preferred
  • Familiarity with background checks, fingerprinting, SCR, and compliance processes in healthcare
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding tasks simultaneously
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
