A respected and rapidly expanding home care agency, headquartered in Brooklyn, is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to serve as the primary HR lead for its main office. The organization supports clients throughout New York City and surrounding regions, reflecting a broad and well-established operational footprint.
This is a high-impact opportunity for an HR professional who wants real autonomy, stability, and the ability to shape culture within a mission-driven, people-focused organization.
This position offers true independence. You will run the day-to-day HR operations for the Brooklyn office, serve as the first point of contact for all HR matters, and support supervisors and staff across the organization. You will also oversee a small offshore support team (experience helpful but not required).
