Director of Student Services – Key Responsibilities

Oversee student success and academic operations, including attendance, test scores, tutoring needs, and program effectiveness. Yiddish speaking is a must!

• Manage instructors and curriculum, including recruiting, training, scheduling, supervision, and curriculum improvement.
• Lead recruitment and admissions through community outreach, marketing, enrollment, and student intake.
• Support career development and job placement, including resumes, interview preparation, employer outreach, and follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with regulations while helping grow the organization through events, alumni engagement, scholarships, and new programs.
