Director Nursing

Salary: 120k - 160k

• Assigning new cases
• Managing incident reports
• Training
• Going on visits
• Answering compliance or service questions
• Assisting in audits
• Ensuring exams run smoothly
• Implementing workflows
• Evaluating RN staff
• Troubleshooting issues

• LHCSA experience or home care experience is a plus
• 1+ year supervisory experience
• Ideal RN candidates will possess a NY license
• Varied nursing experience (pediatrics, internal medicine, psychiatry)
• Experience with field cases
