We are a Yeshiva Management Company that provides comprehensive services to support the day-to-day operations of yeshivos, day schools and kollelim across the country.
We are expanding our team with the addition of a Payroll & Benefits - Regional Manager.
The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of our client's payroll, compensation data and analysis, employee onboarding and offboarding activities as well as benefits administration for their region.
Key Responsibilities:
● Accurately calculate and process payroll for multiple yeshivos, kollelim, and schools, ensuring compliance and timeliness
● Monitor all payroll records, prepare reports, and ensure correct tax withholdings, benefits deductions, and other payroll functions
● Oversee and execute all employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, orientation, status change, and offboarding procedures
● Administer benefits programs (health, dental, vision, retirement, etc.) across multiple organizations including enrollment, changes, and resolving employee questions
● Collaborate with internal leadership and external partners to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and best practices
● Monitor and manage daily operations in payroll and benefits, ensure adherence to deadlines, internal protocols, and legal compliance
● Provide training, guidance, and support to administrative staff and school-based HR contacts in payroll and benefits systems
● Opportunity to grow into a broader role of co-HR Department Head
Candidate should be/have:
● 3-5 years of payroll and benefits experience (multi-entity or school network experience a plus)
● Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating databases, HR/payroll platforms, PTO systems, excel, and Google Sheets
● Detail oriented and methodical, with the ability to multitask across clients and systems
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - capable of liaising professionally with clients, school administrators, and teammates
● Strong leadership and leadership abilities, with experience managing teams dynamics or cross-functional coordination
● Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Passionate about helping yeshivos, mosdos hatorah and the mission that motivates them
Remote Hours: 25-35 set hours per week, with opportunity for growth. $40 - $50 commensurate on experience. Must be available full American hours.
