At Brighter Strides ABA, we’re seeking a well-rounded HR Generalist to support and enhance our human resources practices across the organization. From recruitment to compliance and everything in between, you'll play a vital role in fostering a positive and productive workplace.

What You'll Do:

• Administer HR policies and ensure consistency in application across departments
• Maintain employee records and HRIS with a keen eye for accuracy
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations
• Respond to employee inquiries and assist in resolving workplace issues
• Coordinate training, performance reviews, and other HR programs
• Contribute to building a culture of positivity, transparency, and respect

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of HR experience in a generalist capacity
• Solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and confidentiality standards
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to balance day-to-day execution with big-picture thinking
