Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Specialist to help support our growing team. This role will be key in managing human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job ads to screening candidates and conducting interviews. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the organization.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues and ensuring positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and business needs.
- Training & Development: Coordinate and support training programs to foster employee growth and ensure ongoing professional development.
- Performance Management: Support the performance evaluation process, assist in setting objectives, and provide coaching to management on employee performance.
- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and PTO policies.
- HR Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and files in compliance with legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, or similar role in human resources.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and benefits administration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in HR software (experience with Zoho People or similar tools is a plus).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
