· Set up systems that match the right staff with the right clients
· Watch over daily service delivery to meet company and state rules
· Keep records organized: logs, timesheets, visit confirmations, and more
· Oversee payroll processing and help increase billing accuracy
· Build a team culture of responsibility, care, and clear communication
· Manage coordination tools and help improve workflow
Requirements:
· Fluent in Spanish and/or Yiddish, prefered
· Strong background in the healthcare industry
· Solid knowledge of LHCSA and Medicaid rules
· Experience with waiver programs or expanding services
· At least 3 years leading a busy team in a fast-paced, diverse work setting
· Experience handling schedules, coverage issues, grievances, and performance tracking
· Familiar with compliance, audits, and writing corrective plans when needed
· Confident using Microsoft Office, coordination systems, and spreadsheets
Bonus Skills:
· Has created training guides or done team coaching
· Has helped with internal audits or process improvements
· Knows how to recruit, keep, and support care staff
· Can write or update internal policies and training materials
