A Williamsburg, Brooklyn payroll company is hiring a sales manager. Looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to guide and grow the sales team. Job includes building and executing a comprehensive business plan, guiding salespeople to meet ambitious goals, and driving pipeline, metrics, and processes to scale revenue. Candidate must have at least 6 months of prior experience in managing and growing a B2B sales team that sold services as well as a track record in B2B service sales and enterprise deal strategy. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
