• Lead all payroll operations, ensuring timely, accurate processing and full legal compliance • Manage payroll staff, systems, and integrations while resolving complex payroll issues • Oversee labor tracking, PBJ reporting, audits, and coordination with HR and Finance • Support new facility onboarding and maintain payroll-related policies and procedures
