We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented HR Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-centered environment and enjoys supporting mission-driven work.
Position Summary
The HR Representative will support day-to-day human resources operations, manage employee records, assist with recruiting and onboarding, and help maintain a positive and compliant workplace. This role plays a key part in fostering employee engagement and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Assist with benefits administration and payroll coordination
- Serve as a point of contact for employee HR inquiries
- Support HR initiatives, policy implementation, and compliance tracking
- Assist with performance evaluations, recognition programs, and culture initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to strengthen employee engagement and retention
Qualifications
Required
- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration preferred
- 1–2 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong understanding of HR principles and confidentiality
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA settings preferred
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws
- Familiarity with HRIS and onboarding systems
