Description:
Are you a highly organized, people-focused professional with experience in recruiting and HR, preferably within the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field? We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to take on a critical dual role, managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to ongoing employee support.

Compensation and Benefits
Hourly Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (Based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities & Functions
This unique position balances the essential functions of talent acquisition and human resources management, ensuring we attract top talent and maintain a supportive, compliant, and efficient workplace.
I. Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)
Behavior Technician (BT) Sourcing:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Behavior Technicians (RBTs/BTs).
Source candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, college partnerships).
Conduct thorough candidate screening and preliminary interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
BCBA Sourcing:
Actively source and engage Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for current and future openings.
Manage initial outreach and schedule interviews with clinical leadership.
II. HR and Onboarding Coordination
New Hire Onboarding:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all new hires (BTs and BCBAs).
Ensure all necessary documents, certifications, background checks, and initial training requirements are complete and filed accurately before the start date.
Case Coordination Setup:
Facilitate the smooth transition of new BTs by coordinating their pairing with supervising BCBAs and assigned clients.
Notify the Case Coordinator promptly of the new employees finalized schedule and client assignments.
Employee Support & Relations:
Address and manage employee issues and concerns as they arise, maintaining confidentiality and following company policy.
Serve as a knowledgeable and empathetic resource for employees regarding benefits, company policies, scheduling, and general inquiries.
What You Bring
Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment and/or HR coordination.
Prior experience in the ABA, Healthcare, or Education sector is strongly preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially regarding documentation and compliance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a genuine desire to support employees.
