In this role, you will become the go-to expert in payroll and UKG Ready, managing complex payroll scenarios while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced payroll environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage complex payroll and time & attendance processes
• Serve as the internal expert on payroll systems, including UKG Ready
• Support clients and internal teams with payroll-related inquiries and solutions
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently

Qualifications:

• Extensive hands-on payroll experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of time & attendance systems
• Experience with UKG Ready preferred
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
