Location: Chester, NY

Salary: $80,000

We are seeking a detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to join our team and support the onboarding of new clients onto our full-service HCM platform. This client-facing role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and positive implementation experience across HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruiting, and Onboarding solutions.

The ideal candidate is organized, solution-driven, and an excellent communicator who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new clients onto the HCM platform following sales handoff
• Configure systems to meet each client’s unique HR and payroll needs
• Serve as the primary point of contact during the implementation process
• Support HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruiting, and Onboarding solutions
• Ensure timely, accurate, and successful client implementations

Qualifications:

• Experience with HR, payroll, or HCM platforms
• Strong communication, listening, and client-facing skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Solution-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
