Position Overview
Premium Health is seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to support onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. This role is central to creating a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace culture and serves as a key point of contact for staff and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
- Administer employee benefits, open enrollment, and leave programs (FMLA, ADA, STD)
- Serve as a primary resource for employee relations and HR inquiries
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws (OSHA, HIPAA, EEO)
- Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS systems (ADP Workforce)
- Support performance management, investigations, and terminations
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience with benefits administration and employee relations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
