Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment: craft job postings, source active and passive candidates, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
  • Utilize multiple channels — job boards, career fairs, community partnerships, social media, and internal referrals — to grow the candidate pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local colleges, training programs, and community organizations to attract early‑career and experienced talent.

Partnership with Hiring Managers

  • Partner with program and department leaders to understand hiring needs, job qualifications, and workforce planning goals.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for interviewing, candidate evaluation, and onboarding processes.

Candidate Experience

  • Deliver a positive and professional experience for all candidates from initial contact through hiring and onboarding.
  • Communicate clearly and timely with applicants regarding status, expectations, and feedback.

Recruitment Operations & Reporting

  • Track applicant activity and recruitment metrics using the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Prepare regular reports on recruiting progress, trends, and challenges.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies related to hiring practices.

Employer Branding

  • Represent organization at recruiting events, open houses, and community outreach programs.
  • Promote organizations mission, values, and employee value proposition to attract mission‑driven talent.
