$55,000–$65,000 + Commission

📍 Williamsburg | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Anchor Health is growing — and we’re looking for a motivated, people-focused HR Recruiter to help us build the teams that power our mission.

This role goes beyond sourcing. You’ll identify top talent, partner with leadership, and guide candidates through a seamless, professional hiring experience from first outreach through onboarding.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for office and operational roles
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and networking
• Conduct and coordinate in-person interviews
• Partner with department leaders to define ideal candidates
• Draft offers and manage candidate communication
• Maintain recruiting records and improve hiring workflows

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred (healthcare a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
• Self-motivated team player who takes ownership and follows through
