Responsibilities- Own full-cycle recruitment across administrative staff, office staff, coordinators, and case management roles
- Manage a high volume of open positions while maintaining quality and speed
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through outreach, referrals, and networking
- Develop relationships with candidates to drive engagement and conversion
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Screen and evaluate candidates with a strong read on fit and long-term success
- Drive hiring processes forward, ensuring momentum from interview through offer stage
- Manage offer process and support onboarding to ensure smooth transitions
- Track candidates, pipeline activity, and outcomes within recruiting systems
