Cordial Health is a rapidly growing behavioral health organization providing psychiatric services to nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare organizations throughout the Northeast. Our mission is to expand access to quality psychiatric care through a network of psychiatrists, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs), and behavioral health professionals.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our Brooklyn office and help recruit top psychiatric providers nationwide.

Position Overview

The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening, and coordinating the hiring of PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other behavioral health providers.

This is an in-office position for a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven professional who can effectively manage multiple recruitment initiatives at once. The ideal candidate is energetic, persistent, and skilled at identifying and engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

  1. Recruit PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other behavioral health professionals.
  2. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  3. Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, professional associations, social media, and networking efforts.
  4. Identify passive candidates and conduct targeted outreach campaigns.
  5. Maintain ongoing communication with prospective candidates.

Candidate Screening & Coordination

  1. Conduct initial candidate screening interviews.
  2. Evaluate qualifications, experience, licensure, and overall fit.
  3. Coordinate interviews with leadership and clinical management teams.
  4. Maintain accurate candidate records within Zoho Recruit and related systems.
  5. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
  3. Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting direct outreach.
