Job Overview

Lead all talent acquisition strategy and execution across a multi-state property management portfolio. Build pipelines, reduce time-to-fill through own sourcing, metrics, and employer branding.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Utilize ATS for tracking candidates
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives


Requirements

  • 3 years of progressive recruiting experience
  • Leadership skills
  • Proven success in high-volume, multi-site hiring
  • ATS experience required
  • Paylocity experience preferred


Compensation

Salary range: $110K - $125K

Work Environment

Full-time female office.
