Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies
- Manage the full recruitment cycle
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Utilize ATS for tracking candidates
- Enhance employer branding initiatives
Requirements- 3 years of progressive recruiting experience
- Leadership skills
- Proven success in high-volume, multi-site hiring
- ATS experience required
- Paylocity experience preferred
CompensationSalary range: $110K - $125K
Work EnvironmentFull-time female office.
