LBAPS is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to help attract and hire top talent across our growing organization.

Responsibilities:

✔ Manage the full recruitment cycle

✔ Source and screen candidates

✔ Post and maintain job listings

✔ Conduct interviews

✔ Build candidate pipelines

✔ Track recruiting metrics

Qualifications:

• Prior recruiting or talent acquisition experience required

• Strong sourcing skills (Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)

• Excellent communication skills

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple openings

• Healthcare or ABA recruiting experience is a plus
