Job Overview

A Lakewood, NJ healthcare company is hiring a payroll manager. This is a full time, in-office position only.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll for at least 1000 employees
• Lead a team of direct reports
• Handle payroll for employees on W2 and 1099
• Utilize payroll and timekeeping platforms
• Use Excel for payroll management

Requirements

• At least 5 years of payroll experience
• Minimum of 3 years leading a team
• Experience in multi-state payroll
• Experience in the healthcare field is a huge plus
• Bachelor's degree
• Highly efficient and detail-oriented
