Credentialing Specialist – Full-Time

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Credentialing Specialist to manage provider credentials and ensure compliance across our clinical and administrative teams.

Responsibilities:

• Handle credentialing/recredentialing for staff nationwide
• Verify licenses, certifications, and background checks
• Maintain accurate credentialing records and databases
• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Billing & Clinical Ops
• Conduct regular audits and address compliance gaps
• Serve as a resource for credentialing procedures and timelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Knowledge of credentialing standards & healthcare compliance (a plus)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Good communication; team player in a fast-paced setting
